Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days unless on pre-order. Shipping time varies by location and estimates are quoted at checkout. 

All orders currently ship from either our Australian warehouse or US warehouse.

For US orders, expect a transit time of 3-10 business days. 

For orders to other countries, the estimated shipping time is calculated at checkout. 

Our items are often also on pre-order, so please always refer to the estimated date quoted at checkout for the estimated date you will receive your order.

We work with several couriers to offer you the most efficient shipping service possible.

Shipping terms are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Meaning you are responsible for any customs tax specific to the country the drone is shipping to. Please check with your local customs authority which taxes you may need to pay upon the drone's arrival in your country.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details via email. From this, you can follow a link to track your parcel online. *Please note that there is often a delay in tracking updates.

All shipping time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed, please contact us if you have not received your product within 15 business days of dispatching your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they will usually be packaged together. If your order needs to be shipped from multiple warehouses, you will be advised of estimated delivery times for each part of your order. Drone shipments are prioritized and if you have ordered drones and accessories and your order has to be split, you will most likely receive the drone first. 

Due to current delivery restrictions, unless otherwise specified, all parcels are sent with "Authority to Leave". We will reimburse you in the unlikely event of any product loss or damage while in transit until the product is marked as delivered by the courier.

Aeroo is not responsible for stolen goods after your order is delivered.
